On a personal note learnt lots of things about self during the last 22/23 days. Biggest lesson is that it's not easy to walk away from commitment. Cheers for the original nomination...

Day 19: Soaring Heights
Day 19: only realised today I started this challenge on the first day of August. No idea why I've struggled with the correct day tag.
Today's challenge on route to Portishead Lido. From middle of Avonmouth Bridge. A place that has witnessed first hand the consequences of depression and despair. #22PushupsIN22Days
Highlighting the fact that there are 22 vets a day that are committing suicide, and this is a small way to raise awareness for that issue. To expand, suicide in general needs to be signalled as a shocking waste of life.
If you accept the nomination - you start tomorrow!
The rules are simple:
* Once you are nominated your 22 days start the following day.
* Every day you record yourself doing
22 push-ups. Try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted (from your knees) push-ups or that you have to stop and take a break that's fine but try to get them all done in one video.
* Every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this and/or have the ability to do it.
* And finally, have fun with this. This is a simple and fun way to get the word out about a matter that more people need to be aware about. These brave men and women put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and its sad that so many veterans feel that suicide is the only way out.

Day 18: Rest and Recreation
Day 18: Total rest day but doing the 22 for 22 Push-up Challenge.
Had a few wines with dinner so just ignore my inability to count - in the video. Just because I've been a qualified accountant, as shown throughout this challenge - my counting is very poor - shite really: I blame my dependancy on the calculator.
On the positive, had kids over. Cheers @amy and Tom, round 2 as Miss Lilly joined us for dinner yesterday. My challenge is turning into a journal of what people with PTSD must face daily. Big ups... if you have the ability to support the cause.. please do. Xxx

Day 17 of 22 Push-ups for 22 days done.
Honest.... just a little fed-up with the video marlarkey. Supporting vet and others in the fight to increase the impact of PTDS in life.
Have a good day out there. Xxx

Day 16: Trail Blaising ...
Day 16 of 22 push-ups for 22 days challenge. Mixing it with Trail Blaisers @Blaise.Castle. Beautiful evening for a run. Remembering that not every day is sunny for the sufferers of PTDS ... #RunHappy.
